Your Privacy Rights:

• Vulcan acts in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the California Online Privacy Protection Act, the California "Shine the Light" Act, and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Privacy Commitment.
• We do not collect information about your general browsing behavior on the Internet.
• We do not know any of your Internet search queries other than those that brought you to our domain.
• We will never spam you, and our third-party affiliates strictly prohibit spamming. "Spamming" is the sending of bulk, unsolicited emails. If you receive a spam email containing an advertisement for our products, please contact us immediately. We will immediately terminate that affiliate's participation in our marketing program.
• We are notified when someone clicks on an ad on another website, but the only information we have is the number of times the ad was viewed. We do not know the identity of the website from which the ad was clicked unless it was the direct page before you came to our website.
• The only page we know you have visited other than our own website pages is the specific page you arrived from (if applicable).
• We do not have arbitrary access to your credit card information. Your credit card information is located in the locked system of a certified Level 1, PCI compliant third party processor to ensure strict data security. If you make multiple purchases, their locked system will execute the transactions. We do not have access to any part of the stored information and cannot see the credit card numbers. Credit card merchants have strict obligations regarding the processing of personal data and we are not responsible for the actions of this third party. We are not responsible for any loss and/or damage you suffer as a result of the actions and/or omissions of this third party. We recommend that you print and retain a copy of each card transaction for future reference. Your order will be shipped discreetly in plain packaging with a shipping label that does not identify the contents of the package.
• Purchasing, processing and shipping any product online requires the buyer to provide certain data such as name, shipping address, email address and often a telephone or fax number (which we call "Supply Information"). This data is collected through the website ordering pages, mail or fax forms or telephone orders and may be stored by Vulcan.
• The Supply Information is transmitted from your web browser to our order processing system via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Using this communication protocol, all information provided is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet and is not sent in readable text. However, any communication (whether by email, fax, phone or post) carries an inherent risk and may be intercepted by third parties, for which we are not responsible.
• Subsequent communications from Vulcan are generally limited to order confirmations, customer service responses to your questions, newsletters (which you can naturally and easily opt out of at any time), occasional promotional offers (which you can also naturally and easily opt out of at any time), password resets if you request, and customer satisfaction surveys.
• These may be sent by email, SMS or phone. If you want to unsubscribe from newsletters, promotions or surveys, you can unsubscribe at any time. Unless you later choose to unsubscribe here, you will be deemed to have explicitly agreed to receive such information.
• Communications between you and Vulcan may be recorded.
• Vulcan does not sell other brands. If you receive emails, SMS or MMS messages from other related brands pretending to be Vulcan, please contact us in time to avoid being deceived.
• We will not send you promotional SMS unless you check the box requesting us to send SMS. Checking the box is an affirmative action by which you provide your express written consent to receive promotional text messages. Providing your phone number is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP". Message and data rates may apply. We are not required by law to request text messages related to actual purchases, such as order confirmations or delivery information.
• The information provided may be shared with selected third parties who may inform you of products or services they believe are appropriate for you. If you wish to opt-out, please let us know using the contact information listed below. While your non-personal information is run through servers and other mechanical devices to complete your transaction, we do not use it for any purpose other than completing the transaction and may be used to place cookies so that ads may appear when you visit websites related to Vulcan products. We do not know which website you are visiting when the ads appear. (You can block cookies by changing the settings on your computer.) Like any other company, the information provided may have to be disclosed to a court of competent jurisdiction or law enforcement agency upon reasonable request, or may have to be disclosed in the course of a lawsuit, or to a physician or medical provider to protect you in the event of a health risk. Like other companies, our shippers will have access to limited portions of the information you provide that is necessary to ship the product to you. Shippers are bound by confidentiality agreements with us and are subject to applicable confidentiality regulations.
• If our business is sold, the information provided may be communicated to the buyer, but the buyer is obligated to comply with this Privacy Policy.

What happens when Vulcan changes its Privacy Policy?
